The 5895XL intelligent power module is a 6 amp notification power expander that provides its own AC power connection, battery charging circuit, and backup battery for use with Silent Knight addressable fire alarm control panels. Six Flexput circuits can be programmed as notification appliance circuits, conventional initiation circuit, or auxiliary power for constant, resettable or door holder power. The 5895XL also provides a conditioned SBUS circuit allowing up to an additional 6,000 feet of wiring for SBUS devices.

The 5499 is a 9A notification power expander that provides its own AC power connection, battery charging circuit and backup battery for use with fire alarm control panels. The 5499 has a switch mode power supply design that is up to 50% more efficient than competitive linear mode power supplies.
