Qualified and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and lead our online and digital presence. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking and reporting marketing campaigns across all digital channels



  • Implement and manage marketing campaigns to promote the company by enhancing brand awareness, driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers
  • Create effective email campaigns, landing pages, marketing materials such as flyers, digital ads, brochures, ECT.
  • Track and manage marketing budgets of brands/manufacturing partners
  • Compose, organize, evaluate and transmit POS reports to manufacturing partners
  • Utilize Web analytic tools to measure site traffic for optimizing marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media and display and search advertising
  • Design, build, and maintain our Social Media presence
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through all digital media platforms
  • Assist in managing our ecommerce store for best customer experience and search results


 Required skills & experience 

  • Proficient in Email marketing tools/platforms (Constant contact, Mailchimp, Mailmunch, ECT.)
  • Proficient in Adobe applications (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, ECT.)
  • Demonstrable experience in Social Media Marketing strategy and Implementation
  • Solid knowledge of marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Business Page, Search Console, AdWords)
  • Solid understanding of  HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SEO, PPC, Web Content Management, E-commerce
  • Self-Motivated and able to work with limited supervision

Essential Responsibilities 


  • Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational and personnel policies and procedures
  • Complies with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation: enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions
  • Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols
  • Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system
  • Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implement design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisition for replacement
  • Achieves  financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions
  • Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results
  • Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
  • Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Other duties as assigned       


Physical Requirements 

  • Lift objects of various shapes, sizes and weights
  • Stand, sit or walk for extended periods of time
  • Reach (including above your head), bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat and kneel
  • Tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments
  • Operate hand tools, mechanical equipment, and motorized equipment (including, but not limited to, box cutters, rolling carts, ladders, pallet jacks for lifts, ECT.)


Job Requirements 

  • Applicants must have at least a High School diploma or equivalent
  • Applicants must have at least 1 Years’ experience
  • Applicants must hold a Regular Driving license
  • Applicants must hold Forklift Certification
  • Applicants are required to have language skills in English are Full professional proficiency level
  • A credit and criminal background check will be required on all applicants


Job Salary and Benefits

  • Actual Salary $45000.00 yearly
  • Normal working days: weekdays (M-F)
  • 40 hours per week – Full Time, Permanent
  • Work Shift: First (day)
  • Overtime is required for this position
  • Salaried “Exempt” Position
