The 3590 Lock ‘N’ Prox is a battery powered lock with a built-in proximity reader, making it an ideal standalone solution. The RCI 3590 is easy to install and simple to program without a PC or software. The lock can be fitted to sliding doors, drawer backs, leaf doors, glass, and more. The RCI Lock ‘N’ Prox has an audible signal upon card/fob presentation and a low battery warning. An additional alarm function is available to provide an alert if the door is left open or is forced open.

The 171HD offers continuous monitoring capability for open/close status or attempted unauthorized entry. The fail-safe magnets offer the ability to securely lock fire exit doors, while also powering down when signaled to do so by an appropriate door control unit. Designed for easy installation and maintenance, the 171HD will accommodated most doors and frame conditions without requiring a filler plate or a special bracket.
