The AC-825IP access control unit (ACU) supports up to 4 doors (In/Out) via Wiegand protocol and 2 doors via OSDP, each with 2 inputs and 1 output. Four additional auxiliary inputs and 2 auxiliary outputs are also on board. The AC-825IP includes an encrypted communication via TCP/IP to an AxTraxNG server, and has an additional RS-485 bus for expansion connectivity. In addition, the AC-825IP and its expansions can be placed in a lockable metal enclosure, the ME-1515, which includes a control board, power switcher, built-in power management board/charger, sounder, and a revolutionary enclosure illumination bar that lights up when the enclosure is opened.
